DeNovio, Senior Counsel to the Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, participating in a panel discussion with members of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Office of Washington National Tax Services. Panelists will give participants a better awareness and understanding of the complex tax issues that are affecting their companies during this time of watershed in the corporate world. The discussion will focus on compliance with and possible exceptions to mandatory disclosure under the new tax shelter rules.
