The Corporate Tax Practice: Responding to the New Challenges of a Changing Landscape
Fifth Annual Tax Policy & Practice Symposium
The Renaissance Washington D.C. Hotel
|
Corporate practitioners, tax lawyers, CPAs, and governmental tax authorities will have to think anew about tax practice, and fundamentally rethink how we do business because of recent statutory and accounting changes. The symposium will consider whether there is a better way. Academics, key law makers and tax directors will discuss various options, including whether the Service, rather than Congress, could adopt rules of administrative convenience, that provide rough justice and accommodation through constructive guidance. Arnold & Porter and PricewaterhouseCoopers are Program Managers of this event.
